501(c)(3) organizations are subject to very specific rules - and very harsh penalties - with respect to both lobbying and political activity. Lobbying is permitted, but only in specific circumstances. Political activity is never permitted.

 

This live webinar will explain, in plain English, how to avoid the pitfalls and how to take advantage of the opportunities available to 501(c)(3) organizations.
