Tech Spotlight: Channeling the Power of AI
The tool on everyone’s minds this year is Artificial Intelligence. Many government agencies are already using AI to transform operations, from The Pentagon experimenting with generative AI tools to NOAA using its predictive capabilities to improve weather forecasts to the State Department deploying it to improve document processing. With $140 million in federal funding being used to open new AI research labs, the government is prioritizing the exploration of the possibilities around this emerging technology.
