Complimentary Webinar: ITAR for Government Contracts Executives
ITAR is an important and growing part of the government contracts world. The US Government has been increasing enforcement of this important area of regulation. Executives of many government contracts companies are hearing that they may be subject to ITAR but they are not sure where to go to learn more. Many of the major government contracts firms - technical services, information technology, military training, DOD-funded R&D - are struggling with this at all levels - large, medium and smaller firms.
The stakes are high – violations result in criminal penalties of up to 20 years imprisonment. A number of the largest ITAR enforcement cases have occurred within the past year.
Our program will provide government contracts executives a clear overview of this area of the law - to help them determine if they are regulated under ITAR and learn how to protect themselves in this treacherous area.
