Why You Should Attend

Medication non-adherence has been estimated to be a $290 - $300 billion dollar problem in the U.S. alone. While this alarming statistic is often quoted, the industry needs to convene for senior-level discussions as to how healthcare professionals can do something about that statistic and improve adherence rates and drive better patient outcomes. With healthcare costs being unsustainable, and payment innovation incentivizing better care, all participants in the healthcare eco-system (pharma, health plans, and hospitals alike) need to pay greater attention to this problem and explore innovative ways to achieve better results.

When developing this summit, we placed an emphasis on identifying national experts from various perspectives and have created a discussion-based event format to allow for greater interaction. Our Summit will focus on various strategies to increase patient adherence rates, such as:

  • Behavioral Economics
  • Low-Cost / Large Scale Interventions
  • Predictive Analytics
  • Patient/Physician Communications
  • mHealth/Technology Innovations
