About Brandon Dunlap

Brandon Dunlap is a Gartner Senior Executive Partner within the Enterprise for IT Leaders Security and Risk Management Program. His more than 30 years of experience in cybersecurity spans a variety of heavily regulated sectors, most notably in critical infrastructure and high tech. He joined Gartner from Amazon, where he led the global security compliance teams responsible for the organization�s compliance to PCI-DSS, HIPAA and a myriad of global, country- and state-specific financial regulations. Previously, he served as Global CISO at Black and Veatch, an international engineering and construction firm specializing in critical infrastructure.

Brandon continues to give back to the cybersecurity community by hosting and moderating ISC2 virtual events for the Americas and EMEA regions. He has also addressed international gatherings and regional events of the Institute of Internal Auditors, ISACA, IANS, ASIS International.
